This photograph was used in the feature on the Lenton Boulevard Schools which appeared in The Lenton Listener No. 44 (February/March 1987).  It prompted Albert Norris, who stands next to the teacher, Miss Broughton, to send in his recollections of the school which subsequently appeared in Issue No.47 (August/September 1987) and are reproduced in Memories in a slightly edited version.
